Minor Works Service

For small scale works where brevity is important.
Clauses and guidance have been edited for small projects.
Includes the Minor Works library.

Abridged Service

For simple, medium-sized projects. Scope is comprehensive
and work sections, clauses and guidance have been edited
to suit the scale of work. Includes the Minor Works and Intermediate libraries.

Full Service

For projects of any size and complexity. The Standard
work sections include clauses for traditional procurement
as well as some performance based clauses that are
suitable for design and build contracts. They are
accompanied by extensive guidance notes. The Full
Service also includes the Minor Works and Intermediate
libraries for smaller and simpler projects.

NBS Building is sold as a subscription service and is updated regularly. To make sure you never risk being out of date,
we’ll send you three disc updates a year. This is in addition
to prompts to download new information as soon as
it’s available.
